Join our community. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst within the Organisation and Costs team. You'll be working as part of a team of analysts to support with managing Organisational structure, Analysing data and making improvements and ensuring all process documentation is maintained and up to date, including recommending process improvements. As our Business Analyst you'll perform a number of different bank-wide people and financial controls in the new HR system, Workday. You'll be involved in job framework configuration and architecture, headcount management and governance, organisational design, security profiles and job evaluation and sizing. The difference you'll make. Executing business processes relating to Headcount Management and hierarchies Engaging with colleagues in Organisation, HR and Finance on change programmes around restructures, headcounts and budgets Undertaking job evaluations to determine role size. Ensuring all process documentation is maintained and updated Reviewing impacts of Organisational processes and embedding improvements across the bank. Maintaining Organisational structures Supporting business initiatives from an organisational perspective.What you'll bring. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and question to make informed decisions Ability to manage key internal stakeholdersIt would also be nice for you to have. Strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes and policies is essential Good knowledge of HR control frameworks is desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and question to make informed decisions Good knowledge of MS office products especially Excel is essential Workday experience and understanding is preferredWhat else you need to know.
