Contract (12-18 months) Finance Administrator
£23,000-£27,000 per annum
We are currently working with a city centre (close to train station) organisation who are looking to add a capable Accounts / Admin Assistant to their team for 12-18 months, covering a period of maternity leave.
The role will cover a range of accounts, cashiering and administrative duties, including the following:
-Production and reconciliation of invoices
-Managing incoming payments
-Management of customer accounts
-Reception cover: answering calls, emails and dealing with the public
-General administration and filing
-Management of a database
-Dealing with queries
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and willing candidate, with a pleasant, professional, and flexible manner. You should have previous administration experience, with ideally some accounts experience also, however those with good numerical ability will also be considered, as will those with a banking / cashiering background. This client will also consider recent graduates with good IT and numeracy skills, seeking a first role.
This role is public facing at times and therefore requires candidates to have good spoken and written English, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Parking is available on site and the company premises are within an easy walk of the city centre train station.
