Our client based in Cardiff, a large technology solutions company with national reach, is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This exciting role will form a key part of the operation, and will provide support to the large fleet of cars and vans. You will ensure the fleet users have support and guidance in all elements of fleet maintenance, administration, compliance as well as liaising with suppliers and an opportunity to develop to shape the future strategy. Key Responsibilities: On boarding checks of new fleet users, undertake the fleet inductions. Administration / management of the vehicle fleet. Liaise with vehicle drivers and maintenance companies to ensure that all vehicles are maintained in line with the vehicle policy. Ensure that maintenance costs are controlled as much as possible. Keep up to date on training requirements for fleet drivers and recommend suitable training. Liaise with the insurance provider regarding accidents, claims and costs. Receive and administer vehicle fines. Administration of new fleet additions and disposals. Maintain thorough & accurate records of all fleet vehicles. Communicate with the HR department any fleet management changes, particularly private use of vans for P11d purposes. Review the internal Driving and Vehicle policy on an annual basis and to amend in line with any legislation or business changes. Carry out annual checks on driving licenses for any endorsements. Manage business mileage & fuel spend for fuel card holders as part of the process for HMRC compliance. Develop inspection systems of vehicles to ensure safety standards are maintained.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and very successful business in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have experience within a 'Fleet Management' environment, and have an excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong ability to manage complex processes from start to finish. Administration experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills to support and work with staff at all levels from across the business. Salary will be circa 23k (potentially more) depending on experience, and comes with excellent company benefits package. Hours will be full time, Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm and there will be excellent opportunity to grow personally and professionally within this diverse and dynamic company
