ACR Homes is a Twin Cities residential care provider that supports individuals who have disabilities in over 50 ACR group homes. It is our goal at ACR to provide the best possible physical and emotional support to individuals whom we support in order that they may lead fulfilling lives. We are seeking compassionate and responsible candidates to become Residential Supervisors (RS). New RS candidates will qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The RS has the responsibility of managing daily operations for one ACR residential group home. Each location is typically home to four individuals who have disabilities. This role requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work.
The Residential Supervisor is either a live-in or live-out position. Live-in Residential Supervisors and their families, if applicable, live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home (estimated savings of $24,000/year). Salary starting at $40,000/year. $42,000/year for third year and beyond plus longevity bonuses. The Longevity Bonus structure is as follows:
After 2 years: $10,000
After the 3rd year: $ 2,500
After the 4th year: $10,000
After the 5th year: $ 2,500
After the 6th year: $10,000
This pattern of $10,000 on even years and $2,500 on odd years will continue as you continue in the position.
