HR Advisor (Secondment FTC) Oxford (OX5) Salary Up to £33,500 Ref:21684 HR Advisor 10-month FTC You will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of HR in this generalist role, supporting the staff, Bishop s staff and clergy and reporting to the Director of HR & Safeguarding. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start. HR Advisor FTC Experience Our client is looking to recruit a professional, confident and reliable individual with proven UK hands-on generalist HR advisory experience. You will be available immediately and be able to hit the ground running and take responsibility for day-to-day operations within the fast-paced and high energy HR function, providing efficient and timely HR advice and support as part of a team of 4 HR Advisors. You must be able to work independently and have the confidence and credibility to guide and support colleagues in an operational and strategic manner. You must be self-motivated and knowledgeable across the full employee lifecycle from safer recruitment, onboarding and performance management to supporting with L&D activities, website, intranet, and HR page maintenance and management, coaching managers, contributing to HR projects and general HR administration. For this reason, you will be CIPD Associate Level 3 or equivalent with demonstrable and proven success as an HR Advisor in previous UK HR roles. You will have a strong and updated understanding and knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment legislations and best practice and be able to demonstrate examples of this. Previous experience of using iTrent would be an advantage. Location Located in Kidlington, this role requires a minimum of 3 days on-site. Please ensure you are able to commute into Oxford when applying for this role. 37 Hours per week. Flexible working available. This role could be part-time but with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
