A well established, award winning law firm are hiring for a HR Assistant (Early Years). This would be an fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator looking to take the next step in their career. You will be an integral part of the Early Talent team and work very closely with the Early Talent Lead and Early Talent Advisor. You will support the planning and co-ordination of the Early Talent Programmes and be a key point of contact for all enquires in to the team. Salary: £23,000-£26,000 depending on experience Hybrid working is offered- A minimum of 2 days in the Bristol office is required Responsibilities: Dealing with Early Talent enquires that come into the mailbox Stakeholder meeting co-ordination and attendance Development support for Early Talent colleagues Event planning and bookings to include online and face to face events Preparation of learning materials Coordination of virtual Early Talent events using MS Teams and other online platforms Administration of all Early Talent processes to include invitations, reminders and joining instructions etc. Liaising with Third Party Providers to provide support in the lead up to the event and on the day of the learning intervention with on-line host support Evaluation process for all learning interventions Support L & D and wider HR projects eg. People Strategy refresh projects Maintain the Administration aspects of the Early Talent Programmes eg. Placement rotation, invoice and budget processing Operating in a regulated environment, effectively managing risk and compliance issues including data security Skills/ Experience: Experience of working in a professional services or financial services environment is desirable A good level of computer literacy including use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential Excellent organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail Great communication skills, the ability to influence and engage colleagues and key stakeholders Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Enjoys working with a consultative and collaborative style and when sharing new ideas or new ways of working, they will make suggestions and take their colleagues with them on the journey Passionate about the importance of nurturing an continuous improvement culture and a role model of the behaviours that foster high levels of engagement The ability to work with and understand bespoke systems quickly If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply now or email (url removed) for more information
