ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital "must-haves" for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.
Assuming responsibility for the interface between the business and IT with regard to the CRM system
Analysing and assessing requests and demands together with international stakeholders
Assuming responsibility for requirements engineering throughout the entire product development process
Ensuring the provision of system design elements, such as data migration rules and business rules
Supporting agile working methods
A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
Several years of professional experience in requirements management, ideally in an international and agile context
Relevant experience with customer solutions such as Salesforce
Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong intercultural communication skills
Very good English language skills
