The Manager of Business Development (MBD) is responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall and individual sales objectives and revenue growth. Collaborates with Regional Director of Operations, Administrator and Corporate Director of Market Development to stay abreast of all corporate and regional sales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill Heartland promises. The MBD is responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, managing and disciplining the sales team.
