Marketing Analytics Manager Salary: Between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + shares The HQ is based in Cardiff and you'll be expected to work in the office 1-2 times a month. Progression and learning and development opportunities An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the team. You will be supporting the commercial function with actionable data and insights that move the needle. You'll lead how data and insights inform the growth strategy and forecasts, measurement, attribution and CRO, reporting and performance, across all products (Web and App) and media channels. The company You'll be joining a car insurance company that is at the forefront of the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) revolution and is growing fast. We want to make life easier for those wishing to share cars, use their own temporarily, or for learner drivers looking to practice in a family member's or friends' car. In short, we want to help people be able to get behind the wheel of a car, even if they don't own one. The company doubled in size last year and are set to double in size this year, meaning there's a lot of growth ahead, and a very exciting time to join where the progression opportunities will naturally open up as they grow. Responsibilities As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for Developing, upskilling, and mentoring the marketing / media and product / conversion analytics competency area data and analytics competency area Managing the data and analytics team, and any agencies / suppliers Leading on data and insights for the growth strategy, forecasting, A/B testing and optimisation, and commercial exploitation Building a deep understanding of our customer base / data Delivering actionable insights to acquire, convert, retain and leverage CRM, across all channels online and offline and touchpoints Web and App Informing the development of marketing plans, test plans, and activation of campaigns and product improvements Managing day-to-day measurement, attribution, and reporting performance of all conversion journeys, and media spend / yield across the funnel Informing the development of test/learn plans for MVPs and new launches, to validate their performance and inform whether / what to continue / stop / optimise Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer on product journeys on Web and App , and Chief Growth Officer on media and content journeys Collaborate closely with the Ops and IT teams to leverage Pricing & MI/BI data, Customer & Claims Data, and Engineering & Systems
