We have a fantastic new Part Time HR Business Partner role working for a leading service provider in Portishead. This is a 12 month contract, working 30 hours per week, 1-2 days in the office and working days must include a Friday. The role The HR Business Partner will work directly with the organisation s senior and operational leaderships teams to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports organisational goals. Working as a trusted partner on HR management and organisational changes to a designated business area. Building relationships to enhance business-based partnerships, strengthen morale, productivity and retention. Providing solutions that support strategi business aims, whilst considering legislation and the company s policies and procedures. Advocating pro-active people management, colleague wellbeing and equalities support. Ensuring that HR policies and procedures fit the needs and aims of the organisation. Working with senior and operational leadership teams to ensure that HR strategy firs into the organisation s business strategy. Delivering a customer focused HR service across the entire employee lifecycle to enable an effective and cost-effective service. Working collaboratively with HR colleagues as one team to ensure the highest levels of HR service. Responsibilities will include: Providing HR advice on complex HR/employee relations issues. Leading on the implementation of the HR elements of change management initiatives and other HR projects Facilitating the strategic and operational workforce planning process Working with business leaders and HR colleagues to drive consistency of approach across the business in attracting, managing, and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs Supporting on the design, implementation, and development of organisational structures Working closely with leaders and colleagues to improve employee engagement, build morale and increase productivity and retention Providing guidance on HR policy and procedures Monitoring, reporting, and advising on HR analytic and insights to aid in workforce and succession planning and to inform business resourcing decisions Participating and/or leading HR/organisational design projects, driving continuous improvement Providing training to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practice to ensure a consistent approach to people management issues is taken The person CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Sound knowledge of employment law and best practice in HR Knowledge of current thinking in HR issues and trends and evidence of continued professional development Proven experience of successful delivery of HR strategy, plans and initiatives Ability to collaborate, influence, and challenge Flexible, adaptable and able to tailor your approach Able to analyse and interpret data Able to manage a busy workload Salary to £39,400 per annum, pro rata Location Portishead (hybrid working 1-2 days in the office, one working day must be Friday)
