Looking to work for a Global Company that has been voted Top 10 Companies to work for : Premier Customer Service Advisors needed : Job Spec: To provide specialised levels of customer service and single point of contact, for all named Field, Key and Major Accounts maintained by Premier Customer Services, in order to enhance DHL's service image, protect the business, develop the account and improve customer loyalty through strong relationship management. Specifics: To prepare daily reports on all delays incurred and reasons for delay to ensure customer expectations are managed To regularly update Customers on all operational and service changes which could impact their service promise To implement regular communication cycles to achieve agreed objectives and report outcome to relevant DHL personnel To build and maintain a database to ensure named DHL personnel have access to up to date information on each account If successful will be subject to a DBS check and 5 Year Compliance.
