Product Manager (Card Centre)

Job Description:

  • Assist management to enhance card product value proposition to grow market share.
  • Contribute ideas and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications to achieve acquisition, active rate and card usage targets.
  • Timely tracking, fulfilment and work together with the team to analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and work with the team to identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies.
  • Together with the team to grow business partners / merchant relationship and contribute new ideas to implement marketing campaigns to grow card usage.
  • Work with all internal and external partners (e.g. Customer Service, Operations, Analytics team, printers, vendors, advertising agencies, card association etc.) to ensure that everyone is aligned with the overall business objectives and the marketing campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Manage customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team.
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates with credit cards knowledge in banking industry will be preferred
  • Degree Holder or above
  • Strong communication, analytical, able to work independently
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure
