The client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Change Partnering team. The successful candidate will report to the Business Readiness & Change Manager and work closely with operations to effectively assess, prepare for and measure the adoption of process and technology changes, with an aim to drive user adoption and benefits realisation. Client Details The client is a housing authority partnership based in Manchester. Description The core responsibilities of the role evolve around Change Management, with a particular focus on delivering Change. Please only apply if you are experienced within Change Management. Responsibilities include: Analysing data from multiple sources, and critically evaluating to enable business decisions to be made Leading the adoption of new processes and technology within a business operation Designing and delivering of training solutions Developing transition plans and business cut over plans to enable the implementation of new processes and technology, with minimal disruption to the business Completing stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments Conducting transition plans with Operations to identify and document activities required to transition from the current to the future stateProfile The successful candidate will be well equipped with the following skills: Knowledge and experience of change management tools and standards Ability to influence operational teams to assess change readiness ensure the adoption of new processes and technology Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent oral, written, presentation and communications skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management introductory certificate e.g. APMP Introduction - or higher accreditation Recognised Change Management Qualification.Job Offer A competitive day rate. The contract is very likely to last much longer that the initial 3 months
