What You Should Know About the RN Hospice Inpatient Care Role:

This is a full-time position
Alternating schedule of Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday one week, then Monday, Friday, and Saturday the next. 6:30p-7a
We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

The RN Hospice Inpatient Care Essential Duties Are:

Planning and delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

RN Hospice Inpatient Care Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; ASN; BSN preferred
Active RN license in Ohio without any board actions
Two years acute care nursing experience preferred
Certification Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within 2 years of employment
CPR Certified
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care
Able to travel during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather
Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
State minimum Automobile insurance coverage
