The Corporate Strategy group at Wolters Kluwer reports to the CEO and helps drive growth and strategic transformation across the company, through the Strategy Team, the Americas M&A Team, the Global Separations and Integrations Team, and the Sales Transformation CoE. We are a small but diverse team staffed with talent from various disciplines and geographies, doing truly impactful work and with great executive leadership visibility. This specific position is for the Strategy Team. Responsibilities:
Our focus spans an interesting mix of classic strategy and hands-on transformation work across a wide variety of businesses in our portfolio, as well as driving innovation across Wolters Kluwer.
On a day-to-day basis, the senior analyst will work closely with the Head of the Strategy Team and the SVP of Strategy & Innovation (who leads the Corporate Strategy group), to analyze key trends and data, brainstorm ideas, develop recommendations, present findings, and help specific businesses with actionable recommendations that drive measurable results. Project work will primarily focus on corporate/business strategy and portfolio management and will include supporting the Executive Board (CEO and CFO) and the Supervisory Board. Select projects may be cross-functional and be performed in partnership with other teams in the Corporate Strategy group, as well as with the Divisions and Business Units across Wolters Kluwer.

Education and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, to make clear recommendations and influence stakeholders to drive alignment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Intellectual curiosity and disciplined approach to solving problems
- Capable of being both an individual contributor as well as a team player
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Preferably strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance work
- Preference for experience in B2B Software space and / or Healthcare (and HealthTech)
